Because children’s eyes are not fully developed they are at a higher risk for damage. In addition to making sure your child wears sunglasses each and every time they step foot outdoors, you can optimize eye health through a healthy diet. Protecting against eye damage from the inside is equally as important as protecting against outside damage. Today we are going to share some nutritional foods and their components that will not only ward off eye disease in your kids, but your entire family.
